ConfidentReset is run by Confidentreset. You can contact me at yours@confidentreset.com. This policy explains the data collected, reasons why and your rights.
What is collected
• Email signup: your email address (and first name, if you give it) when you join my list for the free Mini Sunday Reset.
• Purchases: when you buy a product, payment is handled by Payhip and its payment providers (PayPal or Stripe). Your name, email address and order details. Your full card details are never received.
• Contact form: your name, email and message if you contact us through the site.
• Website data: basic information such as your IP address, device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics on my Squarespace site.
Why it is used, and my legal basis
• To send you your free checklist and occasional emails: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To deliver products you buy and keep order records: performing our contract and legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records).
• To reply to your messages: legitimate interests.
• To understand how the site is used and keep it secure: legitimate interests and, for non-essential cookies, your consent.
Who date is shared with
